Learning Comes to Life at the Museum​

 Educational Tours at the Collin County History Museum

The Collin County History Museum welcomes classrooms from across the county to explore our shared past through interactive, customized tours designed to spark curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking.
Tours can include:
  • Coloring activities and crafts
  • Story time sessions
  • Age-appropriate conceptual lectures that support historical themes
We tailor each experience to suit the age, interests, and learning goals of your group.
Tour Options:
  • Groups under 10 students: Visit during regular museum hours—no reservation required. 
  • Groups of 10 or more: Please contact us in advance to schedule your visit.
  • Special Morning Tours or Field Trips (Thursdays and Fridays before 11:00 a.m.): Available by request for all group sizes; $5 per student.
We welcome public, private, and homeschool students of all ages.
