April Pop-up Exhibit-Extreme Weather

As we move through the month of March, the museum is working on our new pop-exhibit that will feature extreme weather. Springtime is notably the most active time of year for tornadoes. Historically, Collin County has been home to numerous tornadoes and extreme weather events. Come visit the museum, starting April 5th, to learn about the historical technological advances that have helped tracking and notification as Collin County residents coped with extreme weather events in the past. This exhibit will also focus on the McKinney tornado of 1948 and the Melissa tornado of 1921. See you soon!
