A Season of Giving, The Collin County Poor Farm: Presented by Pat Rodgers,
The Collin County Poor Farm located in McKinney from the early 1900s to the 1950s was the face of poverty’s past. The county carried the welfare burden, and the indigents came to the manual labor poor house and farm.
